Sharing a few things you should consider when buying a vacation rental.

Today, we're going to discuss what makes a vacation rental good for you as a buyer and for your potential guests.

The first crucial aspect is the location. If you enjoy it, chances are others will too. Another important consideration is the size of the home. Your price range plays a major role, and you'll have options within your budget. Just like any home, whether it's your primary residence or a temporary stay, the size should accommodate the number of people. This primarily depends on the bedroom and bathroom count, ensuring guest comfort.

Comfort leads us back to the size aspect. For example, trying to fit 10 people into a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home is not comfortable. If you plan to accommodate 10 guests, it's advisable to have at least three bedrooms and preferably two or three bathrooms. Lastly, aesthetics matter. In a world influenced by HGTV and Instagram, people expect vacation rentals to be perfect and visually appealing.
