This primarily depends on the bedroom and bathroom count, ensuring guest comfort.
Comfort leads us back to the size aspect. For example, trying to fit 10 people into a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home is not comfortable. If you plan to accommodate 10 guests, it's advisable to have at least three bedrooms and preferably two or three bathrooms. Lastly, aesthetics matter.
